Chisholm Travel hit the road to Saginaw for the Rough Rider Relays on Feb. 23-24. The girls varsity team secured ninth place with 23 points, with Mikalette Thompson claiming second place in the 400m at a time of 59.07. The JV team tied for fourth place, Madison Gilmore clinched first in the 400m with a time of 61.66 and Nia Hoyle secured second place at 61.72. Gilmore also won the JV 200m.

On the boys side they placed fifth overall. Elijah Norwood earned gold with a mile time of 4:37 and Ezzerin Lounds added another gold in the 800m with a time of 2:03. Mathias Leach placed third in High Jump with a jump of 6'2", while Ryan Cortez took fourth place in the 200m and Mikey Cortez placed fourth in the 400m. Kameron Brimmer won the 400m in the JV division with Clifford Pierre on his heels for second place. Coen Mims set a new PR in the JV 100m for a fourth place finish.

The Rangers compete at the Kangaroo Invite at Weatherford on Thursday, Feb. 29.
