2025-2026 Voluntary Student Accident Insurance
Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD has partnered with Chubb Insurance Group to offer Voluntary Student Accident Insurance that is available for parents/guardians to purchase. This plan is available through Texas Monarch Management Corporation.
Athletic training is practiced by athletic trainers, licensed and board-certified medical professionals, who collaborate with physicians and other allied health care professionals to optimize activity and participation of the physically active. Athletic training encompasses the prevention, diagnosis, and intervention of emergency, acute, and chronic medical conditions involving impairment, functional limitations, and disabilities primarily in the athletic population.
PLEASE NOTE:
If an athlete is seen by a medical professional for any reason, he/she must present a medical note to the athletic training staff from the current attending professional regarding their ongoing care. The note should outline when the athlete can return to participation and what specific limitations are being implemented in regards to their athletic participation including timelines. If the athlete does not present a note to the athletic training staff, he/she will not be allowed to participate in practices or games until this documentation is received by the athletic training staff.
