Chisholm Trail wrestled tough at the District 2-6A Wrestling Tournament on Saturday, Feb. 3 at Timber Creek. The boys team earned 97.5 points and qualified five boys for Regionals. Top finishers included Nathan Saloman (113) and Ethan Orat (120) securing second place. Preston Hensley (132) finished fourth and Christian Clark (215) and Travis Guillot (285) placed 3rd. All five qualified for the Regional Tournament.

On the girls team, three Lady Rangers secured spots for the Regional Tournament. Senior Hanna Sanchez and freshman Anaseini Tupou both earned third place with 3-1 records, while Senior Sofia Corona claimed the 4th spot in her weight class with a 2-2 record. Junior Rylee Densmore and freshman Sarah Walker ended as fifth place Regional alternates.

The Rangers are scheduled to compete at the Regional Tournament on Feb. 9-10 at Thomas Coliseum.
