Chisholm Trail kicked off the powerlifting season with a strong performance, as five lifters secured positions in the top 3 of their respective weight classes on Jan. 11. Despite finishing fourth in district team points, the Rangers are optimistic about the growth potential, especially with many new lifters achieving success and setting personal records in their first meet. Notable individual achievements include Pale Uli placing third in the 198 weight class, Isaiah Lugo earning third in the 242 weight class, Diaz Rolle taking second in the 242 weight class, Elijah Lugo finishing third in the 275 weight class, and Atticus Finley's impressive first place finish in the 275 weight class. The team is gearing up for their next meet at Brewer on Jan. 25.
