The Chisholm Trail Rangers competed at the Paschal swim meet held on October 5. Marion Morehead made a significant improvement, reducing his time in the 50 freestyle from 44.41 to 39.84. Owen Behr secured a second place overall finish in the 50 freestyle. Behr also lowered his time in the 100 butterfly from 1:21.57 to 1:19.22, earning him third place overall. Morehead, Cai Allison and Mathew Baez all achieved personal bests in the 100 freestyle. In addition, both Daylen Jones and Logan Williams posted personal best times in the 100 backstroke. The boys 400 relay team clinched second place overall with a time of 4:48.19. The relay team of Lauren Baez, Emily Huff, Sofia Rodriguez and Elia Dupree placed third in both the 200 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay. Rodriguez earned third in the 50 freestyle while Huff placed fifth in the butterfly and Dupree took fifth in the 100 freestyle and fourth in the breaststroke.

The teams will compete again at Wilkerson-Greines Activity Center this Saturday, Oct. 14 at 9 a.m.
