The Lady Rangers hosted a strong Timber Creek team on Tuesday, Aug. 23. Chisholm Trail demonstrated unwavering determination and incredible teamwork to secure victory in a hard fought five-set match. Match scores were 25-18, 8-25, 16-25, 25-21, 15-11. Leaders for the Lady Rangers included Morgynne McQueen with 20 kills, 14 digs and four blocks. Harmony Soles dished in 10 kills, nine digs and five blocks. Kaci Wade registered 38 assists, 18 digs, two aces and one block. Mikayla Torrens hit .500 with four kills. Kaidence Bradbury recorded eight kills and Femke Smits had 26 digs.

Chisholm Trail will compete in the Arlington Tournament at Arlington High School Aug. 25-26. Then they will take on Azle and Alvarado on the road before they open up district play at North Crowley on Sept. 8.
