The Rangers competed in the annual two-day Cowtown tennis tournament hosted at various EMS ISD locations on Feb. 24-25. Chisholm Trail tennis played well throughout the entire tournament. "We lost come close matches to some great teams. But we won several of those as well," said Coach Michael. "Overall I'm very proud of our kids."

Chisholm Trail has three tournaments remaining before their district spring tournament. They will host a tournament on Friday, March 3, and then travel to compete in the Arlington Sequin tournament on March 9 and the Abilene two-day tournament on March 24-25.

Individual Cowtown Medalists were:
Mixed A Doubles - Loea Andres/Adrian Lopez, 4th place
Mixed B Doubles - Britney Nguyen/Matthew Ball, 2nd place
Girls A Doubles - Catherine Freeman/Olivia Little, 2nd place
Girls A Doubles - Lily Randall/Claire Cole, Consolation Champions
Boys B Doubles - Landon Murphy/Carter Dix, 1st place
Boys B Singles - Izaac Martinez, 1st place
Boys A Doubles - Will Stine/Gage Privett, Consolation Champions
