Chisholm Trail volleyball hosted a strong Keller Central team in their first home game of the season on Tuesday, August 16. The Lady Rangers started off hot taking the first two sets but lost to the Lady Chargers in five competitive sets. Match scores were 25-18, 25-23, 13-25, 21-25, 10-15. Stat leaders for the Lady Rangers were Claire Duley with 16 kills, 23 digs, and 5 blocks; Morgynne McQueen with 12 kills, and 3 blocks; Kaidence Bradbury with 8 kills; Harmony Soles with 7 kills, 12 digs, and 2 aces; Natalie Pinto with 15 digs; and Kaci Wade with 40 assists, 4 kills, and 4 aces.

The Lady Rangers will compete in both the Granbury Tournament and Arlington Invitational the next two weekends. They will be back at home on Tuesday, September 6 versus Alvarado before they open district play against North Crowley on Friday, September 9 at 5:30 p.m.
