Capping off the last week before the long break, the Lady Rangers hosted a very strong Granbury team for what became an intensely close matchup. Both teams played strong on both sides of the ball, wrestling for control over the pitch ceaselessly through all four quarters. The strong defense put forward by the girls in purple was only matched by the Lady Pirates' own immovable phalanx. Sadly, the visitors managed to find the smallest gap in the home team's armor and slip through a single goal that eventually won them the game 1-0. However, it was a strong game to end the season on that showed so much growth for the Lady Rangers from their first game.
