The boys in purple had a tough one against Northwest on Tuesday. In the first half, the team found it difficult to fall into a rhythm and allowed the visiting Texans to pull ahead. This, however, sparked a fire in the Rangers that allowed for a fierce defensive comeback in the latter two quarters. Putting up a strong phalanx, Chisholm Trail maintained a strong control of the pitch up until a very late goal put their opponents over the top, ending the evening 0-3. It was hard fought, but the Rangers look forward to putting in the work and applying the skills they learned from this matchup in the many games to come this season.
Chisholm Trail is out on the field in College State this Thursday, January 8th, to face off against Austin High.
