Tuesday marked an intense matchup for the Lady Rangers. Hosting Birdville, it was hard-fought evening by both teams all across the court. The footwork of the girls in purple was outstanding, and their offensive prowess kept them in a tight-knit contest with their opponents; however, the visitors managed to find the smallest gaps in their defense and emerge out the other side triumphant. Though it was not the outcome that Chisholm had hoped for, it was by no means an easy victory for the Lady Hawks. It was only by ten points that they were able to slip away with the win, the final score a close 38-48. Jada Hill led the team as its top scorer of the night, racking up a total of 17 points. Makayla Crawford was close behind with ten of her own, as were Jayci Butler with six, Claire Blakely with three, and Angar Arop with two.
Thursday, December 4th, Chisholm travels to the Wilkerson-Greines Activity Center for the Cowtown Tournament, taking on Mansfield Summit in the first round.
