It was a nail-biter on Tuesday for the Rangers facing off against the Joshua Owls. For the majority of the night, both teams were neck and neck in both their defensive and offensive prowess. Managing to find a small opening, the boys in purple put themselves up on the scoreboard before their opponent quickly returned the favor. This 1-1 tie continued up until the final buzzer and forced the game into overtime. It was here that Chisholm managed to pull ahead with an early overtime goal, putting them over the top with a 2-1 final score and securing the win. They are now the first ever Area Champs for the Boys Soccer program!
The Rangers are traveling Friday, March 28, and looking to steal the gold from El Dorado High School.
