The Rangers hosted the Trinity Trojans on Tuesday, Jan. 10, and came away with a 50-45 win to improve to 4-0 in district play. The game was tight most of the way but Chisholm Trail held off a late Trinity push at the end. The team was led by Kaden Richardson with 16 points and Kelton Coleman with 14 points. Javon Smith added seven points, Onyekachi Ijeoma had 5 points and Archange Mutombo and Nyout Arop both chipped in 4 points. Chisholm Trail and North Crowley continue to lead the district 3-6A standings with a 4-0 record. The Rangers will travel to Paschal Friday, Jan. 13, and then host North Crowley for a district showdown on Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 8 p.m.
