Tuesday was a tough one for the boys in purple. Jumping into the Bi-District round for another consecutive year, Chisholm Trail was pitted against a very strong team in the form of the Denton Broncos. Swift like their namesake, the Rangers' opponent managed to sneak through small gaps in the defensive phalanx and keep a steady stream of points coming in throughout the evening. Chisholm dared to be bold and aggressive as well, putting away many of their own baskets that kept them in the game. Unfortunately, the Broncos pulled ahead and took home the win with a 29-56 final score. It was not the outcome the Ranger were hoping for, but grit and determination put forward by the boys in purple was not new to how they have been playing all year, and it is because of their tireless work ethic that they could walk of the court with their heads held high.
