Ben Stedronsky

Ben Stedronsky is entering his 13th year of coaching and first year at Chisholm Trail High School.  He will be an assistant football (Outside Linebackers) and assistant baseball coach. 

A native of Lincoln, NE Coach Stedronsky was a three year baseball letterman at Lincoln Southwest High School, graduating in 2005.  After high school he went on to play baseball as a pitcher at Northwest Missouri State University graduating in 2010. 

After graduation Coach Sted started his coaching career in 2011 at Western Texas College as an outfield and hitting coach for the baseball team.  The Westerners made it to the regional tournament for the first time in program history in 2012.  From 2014-2016 Coach Sted worked in Snyder ISD as a middle school football and basketball coach and also helped out with the baseball team.  Their baseball team made it to the regional semi-finals in 2016.  The next stop was in Reagan County ISD as assistant football and baseball coach.  With his assistance, the football team made the playoffs all three years and baseball made the regional semi-finals in 2017.  Coach Sted then made the transition to Lake Worth High School, where he was for four years prior to CTHS. There, he was as an assistant football and head baseball coach.  The football team made the playoffs all four years and in 2022 made it to the third round of the playoffs.  Baseball was able to make a complete program turnaround in four years and made the playoffs for the first time since 2010. 

On top of a Bachelors in Corporate Recreation and Wellness, Coach Stedronsky also holds his Masters Degree in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist University. 

Coach Sted and his wife Kristina have two children: Jaxon and Kharissa. Kristina is also part of the EMS ISD family as a teacher at Creekview Middle School.
