Coach Cleveland has been an educator for the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw District for over 20 years. His coaching career began in 1992 as an assistant swim coach. From there, he went on to become the head swim coach for Lake Country Country Club coaching and managing over 130 swimmers. 

 

Coach Cleveland graduated from Boswell High School in 1992 where he was a member of the swim team. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Texas in 2000. Coach Cleveland completed his Masters of Education in Sports Administration at the University of Concordia in Austin in 2015. 

 

Lance and his wife, Christy have one daughter, Sammie. Christy is a teacher for the Crowley ISD. Both have a passion for education and helping children.
